  • We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours advance to ensure availability, especially for peak periods, public holidays, or early morning/late night transfers. However, last-minute bookings are always accommodated based on chauffeur availability.
  • Yes! While our primary focus is airport transfers, Melbourne Airport Pickup also offers flexible hourly chauffeur services for business travel, special events, or personalized tours around Melbourne and Victoria. Contact us for tailored solutions and customizable packages.
  • Absolutely! We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, to meet your luxury transportation needs, especially for airport transfers.

  • To modify your booking, please contact our team via phone at 0499 923 175 or email at booking@melbourneairportpickup.com with your reservation details as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur adjustments in pricing.

    • Melbourne Airport Pickup from Airport: Minimum 1 hour notice for 100% refund (less card processing fee).
    • Melbourne Airport Pickup from Melbourne CBD: Minimum 2 hours notice for 100% refund (less card processing fee).
    • Melbourne Airport Pickup from Metro Suburbs: Minimum 4 hours notice for 100% refund (less card processing fee).
    • Melbourne Airport Pickup from Regional Victoria: Minimum 24 hours notice for 100% refund (less card processing fee).
    • Other standard bookings (e.g., hourly): Generally free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
    • Special Events/Weddings: Requires a minimum of two weeks’ notice for cancellations.
  • We aim to be fair with our cancellation policy. If you inform us within the required notice period as per our Terms and Conditions page, you will receive a 100% refund (less any card payment processing fees). Cancellations made with less than the required notice may incur a percentage of the total fare. Exceptions may apply for genuine emergencies; please contact our team to discuss your situation.
  • Absolutely. All Melbourne Airport Pickup vehicles are fully licensed, regularly inspected, and comprehensively insured to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance with Victorian regulations.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards. For your convenience, we also offer fee-free options via bank transfers (EFT) – please inquire when booking.

  • Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal at the designated chauffeur meeting point, holding a sign with your name clearly displayed for easy identification.

    • International Arrivals (T2): Your chauffeur will be waiting just after you exit customs, in the public arrivals hall, usually near the Traveller’s Information Desk.
    • Domestic Arrivals (T3 & T4): Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal at the baggage claim exit. For more details, please visit our Airport Meeting Points page (link this to your actual Meeting Points page).

  • We provide complimentary waiting time and monitor all flights in real-time using radar. Your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly if your flight is delayed or even arrives early. Complimentary waiting times are:

    • 45 minutes for International Airport Terminals.
    • 30 minutes for Domestic Airport Terminals. Additional waiting time may incur charges as per our Terms and Conditions.
